Melissa Solberg

Bio:

Melissa Solberg is the Senior Manager of Innovation at Tampa International Airport. As a catalyst for change and transformation, she is responsible for building a culture of engagement and innovation that fosters forward-thinking practices. Melissa is a member of the Airport’s Airside D Steering Committee, which prioritizes the passenger experience and uses proactive outreach to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and expertise while ensuring fiscal responsibility for the Authority’s largest stand-alone capital project to-date. Melissa has more than 20 years of program development and management experience. She earned a BA in Interior Design from Michigan State University and a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Melissa is a LEED AP, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and is certified as a FourSight creative problem-solving facilitator. She holds ACI's U.S. Airport Professional (USAP) designation and is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay, Class of 2024.
