Join us for an inside look at the San Diego Humane Society’s newly reimagined adoption center—a $11.4 million, 34,000 sq. ft. project completed in early 2024. In partnership with COAR Design Group, Ground Support Labs helped SDHS transform the adoption experience with immersive digital signage, real-time integrations, and scalable solutions designed to improve both visitor engagement and animal outcomes.

On this tour, you’ll see how technology and compassion intersect—dynamic CMS powered by Navori and Shelter Buddy integrations showcasing adoptable pets in real time, waterproof digital ESLs for small animal habitats, interactive wayfinding kiosks with TSI Touch touchscreen technology, digital donor walls, and event-ready displays. With strategically placed screens delivering updates, promotions, and educational content, the facility has not only replaced outdated paper systems but also reduced animal stress, shortened length of stay, and elevated the overall visitor experience.
